FirePro Tech, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee small and large fire protection construction projects involving fire sprinkler, alarm, and special hazard systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from award through completion and closeout.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, Design, Estimating, Operations, Purchasing, Billing, and Collections.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, labor, materials, permits, inspections, and subcontractors.
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Track job costs, billing progress, change orders, risks, and deadlines.
- Lead project kickoff meetings and provide clear handoffs to field teams.
- Communicate project status and resolve issues before they affect cost or schedule.
- Maintain accurate project records and closeout documents.
Qualifications
- Project management experience in fire protection or commercial construction.
- Working knowledge of fire sprinkler, fire alarm, or special hazard systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and priorities.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating field teams, contractors, vendors, and customers.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Houston area.
- Knowledge of applicable fire codes and industry requirements is preferred.
